The self serve option online allows you to see phone and text usage history (just numbers and dates of calls & texts) for the past 3 months. How do you view the same info dating back 12 months?

You can access bills from the most recent 18 months in selfserve.
You need to log into selfserve » Your bill details » Select “Bills” » Download PDF bills. From there you could select bills to download.
