Not able to port number or schedule a call back

I joined Koodo on Friday and have not been able to port my number online. There also seems to be a loop in the robot chat and it doesn’t let me schedule a calm back. Any advice?

The system is likely still overwhelmed from Black Friday/Cyber Monday. I’d try again later today. If you cna’t at all still, then let us know. 

I’ve been trying since Friday. That’s why i created an account here, to get help. I wasn’t planning on paying for two cell plans for a week when i switched.
