Change phone number to previous number

You need to schedule a callback and see if a Koodo rep can change it back for you. There are no guarantees, but it is worth a try.

How long ago was your “previous number” out of service for? If it’s been more than 90 days, I think your number is someone else’s number. 

Yeah when I tried to call they said it’s Black Friday and they can’t call me back ?? Weird man I’m hoping I can talk with a rep soon because I got a new phone and all my two factor is on my old number smh oops

Same sim just changed to a new number like a month a bit ago but they told me I have up to 3 months to change my number back if I want to and I’m gonna need my old number due to 2 factor set up with my account and I’ll honestly say iOS 2 factor is aids
