Unable to Register as a new Koodoo user

I just transferred my operator to Koodoo today through the Google Pixel 6a offer at Best Buy. Unfortunately I have not received any email to activate my account and I am unable to register as it does not send the email to my email Id. I have tried through the assist option a thousand times but it's of no use. Neither am I receiving a call back.

Please help to fix this, otherwise I am not able to access my account/self serve. I also want to know how soon can I transfer this to an eSim.

Have you checked your spam or junk email folders for the registration email?

Yes I did, nothing in there.

The BestBuy rep might not have entered your email address correctly. Did they give you a paper document with your email on it? If the email wasn’t correct, you could try to come back to them or would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to check which email they had in their system.
