I just transferred my operator to Koodoo today through the Google Pixel 6a offer at Best Buy. Unfortunately I have not received any email to activate my account and I am unable to register as it does not send the email to my email Id. I have tried through the assist option a thousand times but it's of no use. Neither am I receiving a call back.
Please help to fix this, otherwise I am not able to access my account/self serve. I also want to know how soon can I transfer this to an eSim.
