Hi, may I know if I can receive SMS or phone call while travelling outside Canada without turning on EasyRoam?

Ive been here for 7 years and now I can't change my plan because I have to go to auto pay? Ive never missed a payment. 

I have not activated it and better not be charged for it

I want to change to a US/Canada plan for travel next week (no tab) instead of using data roaming.  How soon does the new plan take effect? I want to use my phone in the US as I do in Canada (not having to turn on Airplane Mode and rely on wifi).

So I have three phones on my plan,  My Wife, Son and Myself  if i Order Stream+ we all live in same household, can we all watch Disney+ Netflix etc or would i need to order Stream+ for each and every one of us.  Can three people in same household all watch it,  three different compputers or TV’s thanks

For anyone who has used Koodo roaming in Portugal - can you comment on the speed and coverage of cell service in the main tourist areas? 

What is canadian LD? My plan contains unlimited canadian LD. Is it same with unlimited canada wide calls?

I received the email yesterday about the Europe Easy Roam pass.   Is this a time-limited feature, and how soon can I add it for a trip at the end of November? Thanks,Katherine

Hi All….I believe I have added the 30 day package on my account for a med trip.  Everything I read (after adding the add on lol), says “the 30 plan will activate once you are roaming in ONE of the included countries”.  My question is - can i move between multiple countries with this plan or is it only valid for one country?  If it’s country to country in all of Europe that’s a great plan - if it’s restricted to only one country, not so much!  Thanks.

When it says 1000 free international minutes, is it per month or for the period of contract?

Howdy folks Currently subscribed to Stream+ basic with Koodo Was able to activate Netflix/Amazon/Disney and been happily using it for a few months. Decided to finally check out the Telus films and series? I tried to download the Telus TV+ app and saw whats offered so am interested in using it. Tried to login using my Koodo credentials but keep on getting an error and cant login. Few questions With the Koodo Stream+ do we get access to the Telus TV+ app? If so do I need to activate the service? As I dont recall seeing an activation email. Any help would be much appreciated

My current plan lists unlimited SMS & MMS and also Text Messaging Services as features. I want to upgrade to a plan with more data but it doesn't show these features, nor are they add-on options, are they automatically there? This will be a prepaid plan. Thanks.

Hello! What does the US SMS add on mean? Is that where I can text other people in the US if I'm also in the US? For example, if I go to visit family in the US, can I text other US phone numbers? Does US SMS mean that I can also text people back home in Canada from the US? Thank you for your help in advance!

I subscribe to the original Stream + plan that has Netflix, Discovery+ with ads, and Apple TV. While ordering an new phone I seen Discovery + Ad Free is not available but it will not let me add it to my subscription as an update. Requested 3 call backs, 2 I could not understand or hear because of dogs barking and kids playing in the background. They told me I could add it only as a separate account in addition to my subscription and was not able to remove my original discovery with ads. Makes no sense, I just want to change my existing Discovery I pay for with the Ad Free update and pay any additional cost.Also, I hate call centers that have no idea how to assist

Hi folks, I just signed up for koodo and the stream plus but can’t get series like The Bear or such. Disney support states to talk to Koodo and that Stream+ premium would not have it either. Anyone know a way to add it on at a cost?

Hi. I’m currently out of Canada and my phone number is on seasonal hold. Can I still receive text messages from Canada? I saw that the seasonal hold plan include “free incoming SMS”, but when I used my koodo sim card, the phone showed “no service”.Thank you

Netflix Premium - I have Netflix through Koodo with my stream plus.  When I added this account I was told that I could add members from outside my household exactly like I was able to when the services were provided directly through Netflix.I have not been able to add members outside my household.  When I reached out to Netflix I was advised that I would need to stop Netflix through Koodo and get it directly with Netflix to enable this function.Could someone actually confirm this is correct since I was told by Koodo that I could in fact invite members outside my household with the package I was purchasing.  If this is not possible are there any plans available that will allow me to invite members outside the household?  Thanks

I am trying to change my plan and select the free perk of unlimited long-distance calls.  When I select it the “next” disappears and essentially I am stuck - cannot change my plan.  No idea why.

Hello, Title says it all. Signed up for the add-on “Voicemail to Text” which koodo indicates that “Your voicemail will be converted to text and delivered as an SMS message or an email” followed by no instructions on how to actually set the option to EMAIL instead of a text. The voicemails are coming in as a text message currently and we would like to change the setting to email.  Thanks in advance!

Hey All, I have the Unlimited International Text perk on my Canada-US roaming with data, talk and texts Plan. Does this plan already include Unlimited International Text? I feel like I have an unnecessary perk selected. Thanks,Steve.

I have a unusual circumstance. When you call Canada from Cuba and call collect are you still charged the easy roam feature ?Also if you do not have easy roam is there a charge ?I know with a landline ( at least there used to be ,not sure now ) there are no fees as the other person accepted the charges is it the same for cell phones ?When we were in Cuba in April ,we needed to contact our travel insurance,didn't know we were to call collect.Planning ahead for Winter and need to know if I should put easy roam on.Thanks Dee 

What plan should I be subscribing to to make calls to the Caribbean and Jamaica?

A call to Ukraine costs $3.60 per minute.  But if you connect some additional package for $7, then calls will cost $0.19 per minute.  Did I understand correctly?  How to make sure that you connect cheap calls to Ukraine and not to another country?  And $7 per month - how is this month counted - from the 1st to the 31st or the month from the date of service activation?  Thanks for the answer.
