I am currently paying $50 for 70 GB of data.

 

When I go to the Koodo website (without logging into my account), there are options for $39 and $44 a month. How can I change my plan to these? When I log in, I only see more expensive plan options.

Hi there,

those plans are actually for new customers to Koodo not existing ones. You won’t be able to change to these unless a rep had the ability too. Cheaper plans tend to be available near the end of the sales quarter though so I recommend checking again come June as that’s when prices are supposed to go down again, it would then be September after that. You could try setting up a call back with a rep though through your self serve and see what they say, but it is likely they won’t be able to do much. I hope this helps 🙂👍


Which province are you currently residing?

As well, are you currently having a Tab with Koodo? If so, that would hinder your plan change.
