Text saying data unpaused


I received a text this morning saying that my data was unpaused since I was starting a new billing cycle. I only used 20% of my data last month, I have no add-ons, not clear why I getting this message?

That was strange. As of now, is your data and everything working normally?

as well, which plan do you have?


No sure, my data is spotty at best. I just changed to a new plan 20gb for $30? I didn't have a plan with data prior to this. Can someone look into this?

If you changed your plan recently, the data might be prorated and you would only have few data left on that billing cycle. You can go into your selfserve and download the pdf bill to see how much data you had in that billing cycle 

In this new billing cycle, you should have full access to data bucket. 
if you had with issue of data, i recommended you reset network settings of the phone to see if that can help

Did you restart your phone?
