Data gbs not what it should be

A

I just switched my plan to the 20gb a month for data plan. When I checked my data usage it days that I have a total of 18.7 gb.

Is there a reason for it not being at 20gb when that's what I'm paying for and that's what the plan says it is for?

@angelap456 Yes, your plan does include 20gb. However, you made the switch after your bill cycle (the 6th of every month) therefore the data has been prorated along with the price of the plan for the partial month.  The full 20gb you will see starting next month. I hope this helps.
