I have had Stream + for quite a while now, however yesterday I got a message from Apple saying my Apple TV subscription through Koodo Stream is ending, and I will be charged the monthly cost of Apple TV unless I cancel before the billing date.  From Koodo’s website it appears Apple TV is still part of the stream + service, so I have no idea how to fix this.  Anyone know? Thanks

If you are reading this because you received a phone call from a Kodoo telemarketer offering you shared data if you amalgamate your account with another family member’s - don’t activate the new SIM cards you get sent! I made that mistake and it cost me half a day of my life to fix the mess.BACK STORY: I received a call from Kodoo and was offered 60Gb of shared data for $65 a month if I moved my wife and mother-in-law over to my account - they were both under my wife’s account. I was also offered a $20 a month bill credit for two years. I said yes to the offer and a couple of weeks later received two new SIM cards in the mail. When I activated the SIM cards I checked my account online and discovered that we weren’t sharing data, all three of us had 60Gb of data. The kick in the pants was that prior to moving wife and mother-in-law over to my account they were paying $45 for 60Gb and $34 for 20Gb respectively. After moving them to my account they were both paying $65 a month. 

I'm trying to activate my streaming service for Discovery+ and it puts me in a login loop. From my Koodo account i go to watch Discovery+ and it loops me back to Koodo. This is what it says (Your Koodo deal has already been activated. Please login to access your account.) i try to log in but it tells me (Email or password entered incorrectly. Please try again). I go to forgot password and then it says request an e-mail to reset. I submit e-mail request, No e-mail forthcoming.  I’ve tried on various browsers and devices including smart tv, iPhones, iPads, Apple TV and Android box to no avail.

My husband signed up for Koodo on black Friday. It took so long (5 days) to get his email that he missed out on the plan deals. He called and they said they couldn't apply it now. Being that you can change your plan once per cycle, does his sign up count, or can he still change his plan within this billing period?

I’m trying to add a 6th line to my account, but I’m having a lot of issues with the kodoo website and would prefer to save the fee of calling an agent.I get logged into my self serve easy enough, but when I click the shop drop down, and try to select either plans or bring your own phone it loads the page but immediately loads a pop up over top asking me which line I’d like to get an upgraded phone with:  (names and numbers edited out)I don’t have the option to close the pop up, or click outside it to get back to the plan or bring your own phone page, all I can do is select one one of my lines, I am unable to add another bring your own phone line like I’m trying too.Any advice?

The website doesn’t mention if calling cellphones in the participating countries are included in the Unlimited Long Distance Pack. Usually, calling cellphones comes with an extra charge in other companies. Is this the same with this perk? Or are both landlines and cellphones included?Many thanks in advance!

Hello. I am so confused with all the options and technicalities. It is like solving a puzzle trying to change your plans. I didn't realize I could keep my $20 per month discount if I changed rate plan to one with the same cost as my current one. I chose a cheaper plan ($45/month) when I could have picked the Can-US $65 per month plan at the same price with discount. Mod is there anyway you can assist me with making that switch please. I would have chosen that if I had known the “trick”  about picking a plan with the same cost to keep the discount. Any help is appreciated.  

trying to change my plan to the 45$ for 60 Gigs 5G plan and the long distance perk . Can someone help so I can change to start it right away?

Just upgraded my phone and my wife’s to the Pixel 7 and upgraded our plans to 5G. However, my phone doesn’t appear to connect to the 5G network. At one point my wife’s phone and mine were right next to each other, with hers getting 5G and mine staying on LTE. As far as I can tell all the settings on the two phones are identical. I’m at a loss to figure out the difference.

Does it mean I can roam for free? I read about the Easy Roam and there is a daily charge for it then it uses your own plan with a cap but with my add-ons I am confused now.

Good afternoon,I am trying to find out if changing my plan to options I see online will result in any extra charges. Everything I read says they MAY or COULD, but I want a solid answer.I recently changed my plan a month ago and received a CPO phone along with my plan change with a Tab Bonus cost but no monthly tab charges.The plan change options I see online are cheaper than what I am paying now for the exact same features. I just want to make sure before going through with a plan changed that I won’t be hit with a huge charge.Thank you.

Hello, if I currently am on a plan that is $65 per month and has $20 in promotional credits per month, is the $20 per month promotional credit retained if I switch to a different $65/month plan? It looks like this is probably the case but I wanted to check to make sure.

I have stream+ but everytime I go to watch something on apple+ it prompts me to sign up even if I signed in, no matter what device I'm on 

Hi,I just switched to a 5G plan this morning and I am in a 5G covered area as per the coverage map. However I could not connect to 5G.I already tried the following:Preferred network type: 5G (recommended) Reset options → Reset Mobile Network Settings Download Netmonitor and specify “NR only” as the Preferred Network typeNone of the above worked.Could this be something to do with a setting for my sim/account?

Does the Canada-US plan include unlimited calls/text to US when in Canada? And also unlimited calls/text to Canada when in the US?

I understand that I wont have 5g speeds but will my iphone 11 pro max still work at 4g speeds? I want to get a new 5G plan to future proof myself.  Is that possible or will my iphone stop working?  thank you.

I just joined Koodo and want to add 2 additional lines, one for each of my children. Do I enter the child’s name for Billing/Shipping info and mine for credit card? Or do I put my name and update for ‘call display name’ later?I want their names to be the ones on call display for their own phone numbers.

i will be traveling to the US, i’d like to be able to use google maps and search options while away.  i’ve tried to log into self serve but on my first attempt it said i was locked out due to invalid id or password error. i know i can text easy roam  and add it that way but i’d like to make sure i have enough data. How much data would google maps use while using gps and search?thanks

I have a place in the city and on an island. Can I access Stream + from both locations?

I recently switched to the $50 CAN-US plan.  Can the 50GB of data can be used while in the US, or does the plan only have CAN-US calling and messaging?  Also, if I am able to use the data while in the US, do I need to manually deactivate Easy Roam, or can I just continue using my phone as-is without the $14/day charge?  

I’ve seen a number of posts regarding new plans saying “ 100 GB of CAN-US Shock-Free™ data ...”. It looks like the wording on the new available plans have changed to say:“ 100 GB of Shock-Free™ data roaming at 5G speeds and unlimited calling & texting within U.S. and Canada.“and that there are no plans anymore that say specifically say “CAN-US” for data. Does the above plan with the new wording still include free data usage in both CAN and USA?Here is a screenshot of the plan:
