Apple + not working

I have stream+ but everytime I go to watch something on apple+ it prompts me to sign up even if I signed in, no matter what device I'm on

    If you could still watch the Apple+ content after login. It is likely an issue with Apple. Is the stream+ email account the same as your iCloud account?
