I’m from Canada. When I travel on a holiday to Mexico, can I send text messages to family back home in Canada?

+4Not for free, no. You would either be paying per message, or Easy Roam. It would probably be cheaper for you to use WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or any other service that doesn’t depend on cell service. With those you can even take your SIM card out and send messages on local WiFi networks only.
