getting the dreaded "unable to pick a perk"

trying to change my plan to the 45$ for 60 Gigs 5G plan and the long distance perk . Can someone help so I can change to start it right away?

What error message do you get?

I choose the plan, and on the next screen, where you choose a perk, I leave it at the long distance perk, click next and get “it looks like you can’t choose a perk right now” I’ve tried multiple browsers, clearing cache and cookies and in an incognito window, no luck :(  I also tried choosing a different perk, just to see if it would go through- no difference.

Same issue here. It has been months with no success. Can't pick a perk, can't change plan.
