I changed cel phone service suppliers about a week ago. So far things has been just fine but I am unable to receive any short code messages. Every time I have to log in to say a website like CRA its set up to text me a pin but it never comes through. I’ve had to ask them to phone me with it. This is less than ideal.  I never had this issue with my other provider. Any suggestions? 

Trying to port my landline from another provider to Koodo (mobile). The other provider claims they never received the request and there doesn’t seem to be a timely way to speak to Koodo. Request a callback and it’s 24h out..how can I get better support?

My data works fine and I have good service. But everytime I go to make a phone call it is just silent. No rings go through, nothing or call failed. I can't get in contact with Koodo because I can't call and there's no way to chat online with someone. I’ve turned on and off the phone, I reset everything, I took out the sim, I left it off for an hour. Calls ring but won’t connect. This is iPhone please help

I tried to access my voicemail messages last night (9 of them) on my cell phone only to find that all 9 vm msgs had been deleted.  I did not do this.  Is there any way to retrieve these vm msgs??  Thank you.

I need Koodo’s help to provide me with a phone number for an incoming call that was a private number. I tried calling Koodo customer service and technical support and they could not help me. The person threatened me and I need the phone to contact the local police. Please call me so we can discuss this serious situation further. 

My monthly allotment of data was used in a matter of days.  There are some unusual high periods of data usage.  While there have been months that I use all data, it’s never within a couple of days.  Could this be some sort of glitch?

I have been using my cell phone as also my business phone for texting only, but my customers keep trying to call me. So I want to have a business phone number that's texting only to communicate with them on, and have my personal phone number for the rest of what I need. Is there a way to do that?

On March 3 and 4th I was charged for unexplained data usage to the tune of approx 3.7G of data overage. This happened in bursts of data usage while my phone was sitting inactive. Where do I go to get an explanation for this?

Hi.  I recently travelled to Portugal.  When I charged my phone, somehow the airplane mode was accidentally turned off.  I was charged a ridiculous $76.60 in about 60 minutes before I noticed what had happened.   I immediately turned cellular service off for the rest of the trip.  Can you kindly reverse the charges for this accidental oversight.  Thanks.   

Hello! I can’t receive any verification codes from my bank and other apps. This started in February I believe, and if it helps I had switched plans for more data back in November ( ~8gb 4G to 20gb 4G). Right now I cleared my cache and restarted my phone but still didn’t fix it. Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

My wife has a Koodo Service on her phone. When see calls me (also a Kood Service), the calls go directly to Voice Mail. Calls from my land line and other Mobile phones do not go to Voice Mail. Why are only calls from her phone going to Voicemail?

I was pretty bagged, so I decided to catch 20 winks during the lunch hour.  Of all the times I would get a call about Amazon charging me $99 and pressing whatever number to speak to a representative, they chose this time to call.  I was very angry at having the rest of my day tanked, so I called back the caller's number a few times until it was redirected to voicemail.  It was a Koodo voicemail service.Afterward, it occurred to me that spam callers might spoof the numbers of others.  Google confirms that this is common.  So I unintentionally became an evil harasser, and a rather primitive one at.  It seems that there is no way to escape phone scammers.  Blocking spoofed numbers doesn't seem to be useful.

HiI was a Koodo customer until last fall and just realized now that I need my past bills from that year for my invoices. Is there anyway to retrieve that information or bill statements since I'm no longer a koodo customer? and will it provide me a breakdown of how much I spent on data pro rate per use?

Good DayHaving some network issues.  Either something has changed on Koodo’s network, or its the change in my plan.I’ve been tethering my laptop for years with  my koodo cell plan.  Firing up quick L2TP VPN tunnel to access a machine via RDP in emergencies when I don’t have access to wifi/lan internet.Up until a few months ago, had 8 gig of data, with 1 to 4G of monthly usage…. Usage not more, unless my home internet went down over night while listing to podcasts while sleeping (I cap my cellular data to 1G above current usage to stop excessive “uncontrolled cellular data blow over” during local network internet outages).After a Kodoo +$3 dollar/month extra 25 G of data kicked in, I’ve started to noticed some network issues with browsing on my cell phone, and massive network issues with tethering.Issues: 30-100% ping loss from a android terminal session and windows CMD prompt Unable to connect to VPN most times, and when able to connect, is super flakey Web browsing on my PC works; but

A few times a month I receive spam text messages from (myphonenumber)@msg.koodomobile.comand conservacaoerestauro@unisa.brThe text says that I have a refund from Koodo.Can these please be blocked?  I find it concerning that they are using koodomobile.com - I never had these issues with Telus.  

How can I get in contact with customer service? Been trying since Thursday and the one time chat assist actually loaded it told me callbacks were not available. Since then it doesn't load and I have tried about 100 times on multiple phones, tablets and two computers. Why is there no phone number? This is ridiculous, I want to speak to a rep on the phone

Signed up with koodo but Phone works, but no Internet (data).  Yes, I have the 1g/Month Data. No data, should be cheaper, but I still pay for no data. Phone - doesn’t matter - point ids, @ the retailer, they asked a real human being at Koodo, and my phone is standard and does receive phone in. I’m told that phone is set properly, I have been told to ask Koodo to enable data. Well, the salespeople and I had  good laugh. over that.Cannot access Internet unless I use a local modem and know the modems access data.  Can dial out, and hear the other end, but they cannot hear me.  Cannot find a human that can enable the data part. ~r

hi .I have a second hand Samsung Galaxy Ace .. I spoke with a rep today to receive an unlock code .. everything was great , until the phone died ... now that is powered back om,  its asking me.for a network unlock code again... can someone possibly flag a rep ?

I called in around 530pm my time on Feb 15 2023. I was greeted by a service rep named Lina. She listened to my problem and really heard what I said. I have had an issue since January and had called a number of times speaking to many reps. I had waited a month and a half and was told it would be another two weeks to wait from Apple support. Thanks to Lina she dug deeper and spoke to the right team members and solved my issue! I am ever so thankful to her. My problem was solved in an hour! Now that is amazing customer service! Koodos to you Lina! 

I have a phone that is not on the list of affected phones that was presented on the Koodo website (Galaxy S9 - SM-G960U1). I followed the reset directions from a previous post and mobile data is activated. Why am I now longer able to send gifs, pics or video? I have never had a sim card.
