Are there any cancellation fee if I transfer to other service provider? I am currently using bring my own phone plan with Koodo.

If there is no tab balance or tab bonus owing, then no, there would be no fees to pay on cancellation, although your final monthly bill would still need to be paid.
You’ll be able to see your Tab and Tab Bonus balance by logging into your self serve, and selecting the “Koodo Tab” page. You can check out your current Tab Bonus balance, how much it reduces each month and other information about your Tab Bonus and Tab balances.
