Cancelling one of my phones, not exist anymore, not needed anymore.

Would like to cancel  one of my cell phone numbers on my account and cancel insurance for this number as well. That cellphone and sim card physically doesn’t exist anymore. Online assist trying to arrange the rep’s call back on this number.  What the way to reach the real person? Or ask rep to call on another number?

    Absolutely, you can schedule the call back to any Canadian number.  Unfortunately that’s the only way to cancel your line (other than just porting it out).
