Please i need help activating call forwarding remotely. I travelled out of Canada without activating it and currently need to do so now. Is this possible? or do i have to be in canada to activate it?

+4Firstly, call forwarding for postpaid customer wasn't included in your plan. I recommend you add the call forward addon first before setting up call forwarding.
Are you roaming as of now? If so, when you setup call forwarding while roaming, you might trigger roaming fee as well.
As of now, is your Koodo phone on and connected to a foreign network?
