Trouble with mobile internet

Hello, I have one problem, when I'm using mobile internet, i can use only Telegram, because it's only one what downloads

Have you checked the APN settings on your phone?

To check, go to Settings > Mobile Network > Access Point Name (APN)

The Oppo Reno 5G is compatible with Koodo’s 3G, 4G and LTE networks. You may have to create a new APN if there is an APN for a Polish mobile operator. Use the link below to create a new APN. Remember to save your APN settings.

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? Which plan are you on as of now? I assumed you checked your selfserve to see data was setup properly?

Also, which phone are you using? Did everything work before?

I'm prepaid customer, 35$ per month. I'm using Oppo reno 6 5g and everything was working in Poland
