I upgraded OS X to Ventura over the weekend and now, when I try to login to my account, this is the message I get!!!

I don’t have thisproblem on my Windows laptop.

What gives???

Can’t log in to prepaid self-serve on Mac OSX with Firefox since their site upgrade, but can do so with Chrome though it will take several tries with “invalid email!” message.

Try another browser, and clear any cookies you may have.

 

Been a long-time Koodo customer, but time to go elsewhere. Roaming packages that don’t work, only portal is on-line that only works part of the time. Adios.

 


The new prepaid web portal is a total mess. This is what it shows for me. If I didn't have a postpaid account that I am happy with, I would move both my account and my husband’s prepaid account to another company.
