Both my phone and husbands phone service not working. We live in Grande Prairie, AB. Is there an network issue in our area?

Yes there is a noted wireless outage in Alberta and Saskatchewan

I noticed it here briefly over lunch in Edmonton but things worked after a restart. Give that a try and see if it fixes things
