Like the title says i’ve switched to a 4G plan a few months back but it is still showing on my phone that i’m on 3G for my data. I have an Iphone XR.Fully updated.

Have you restarted your phone after switching your plan?
How do you know you are operating on 3G only?
Does the network only say 3G?
Even if you are on a 3G plan, it should still connect to the 4G and LTE network. Koodo just throttles your speed
Make sure your iPhone XR is not set to 3G. To check, go to Settings > Cellular (Cellular Data On) > Cellular Data Options - tap Voice & Data and select 4G (if available) or LTE.
