I want to give my phone and plan to my son and get myself a new phone with a new plan but I want to keep my phone number. Is it possible? I explain: I have an old Samsung S9 with a cheap plan that only cost me 30$ and that is no longer available in the available monthly plans. I would like to give the S9 phone to my son, with the plan and get myself a newer phone with a better plan. But I want to keep my phone number. Hoping that the phone number doesn’t get transferred with the plan.

Hello, I have noticed that for time now, every incoming calls are terminating first. After answering the call, I will see an initial missed call. If I don't answer the call, then I will see 2 missed calls.Please what may be causing this? And how can I resolve it?Thanks
I currently have an iPhone XS and I’ve ordered an iPhone 14 which is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I can’t quite figure out if I can simply just switch the SIM card from my current phone to the new phone or if I have to go into a Koodo store and have them do something on their end. I’ve been googling it and some websites say it’s fine and I can just swap it myself and be fine but others are saying it takes a different type of SIM card and I will have to go in.Any help is appreciated
Is there any difference being on Koodo VS. TELUS when it comes to coverage area’s? Does Koodo have poorer coverage than if you have a more expensive plan through TELUS directly even though they share the same network? TIA!
As someone who seems interested in 5G technology, came to my wonders on whether or not Koodo will be adding 5G in 2023? I am a Koodo customer, and my Koodo iPhone is displaying 5G network options in it’s cellular data settings.

I will be in the need to remain reachable at all time in order to stay in touch with my parents. I have tried to reach a Koodo customer representative since yesterday. I scheduled a callback for several times. However, each time, after I pick up the callback phone, said “hello”, and pressed “1”, I was told that no choices was made. Then the phone was automatic hung up. What can I do to reach a customer representative?
How can I cancel voicemail?
After purchasing the 360 day plan my voicemail and calling abilities have not been working on my phone. It’s leaving a message saying “7b1 your phone is not activated on the network.” Has anyone had success after speaking to a representative? I was on the phone for over an hour yesterday, and they said the issue would be fixed with the next day or 2.

A month ago I received email from Koodo saying I had weak password (my password met spec I see in my account online). Tried logging on to my account found it locked. Tried logging in an hour later. Success but when I went into some functions got error message saying service not available. Used Koodo assist and after some crazy gymnastics got into callback mode. Received call back on my mobile phone and had no trouble reaching support. They would not confirm that the source of the email was from Koodo but hypothesized that someone was trying to access account and recommended password change. Did that.So today I get Koodo email asking if I want to reset my password. Figured here we go again. This time my account was not locked but again some services were not available. Used Koodo assist and got into callback mode. Got callback as scheduled on my mobile phone but this time the callback request for a number 1 response to connect with support, was not recognized. Hello,I am trying to help my mother with a phone number port from a Bell landline. She is a senior with very low tech confidence level and is absolutely beside herself with anxiety about this, because the port is partway completed, reps on the phone have been unable to provide any meaningful feedback about the status of the request and the time it is taking, and she is going away on a trip in a few days during which she needs her mobile phone.The port request was created on Friday 5/19. The mobile number was dropped from the device and began calling out using the landline number on Sunday 5/21. The landline still works for inbound and outbound calling.There is a possibility that the port request may have been re-submitted by Koodo again late in the day on Sunday 5/21. We have not received clear information from any rep to confirm this, but one person said something that made it seem like this may have happened.How long should we be expecting this to take? The self serve portal says 2.5

I lost my phone in Europe and need to make sure it is unusable. I suspended my phone number using Koodo Assist but read there that it made my phone unusable in North America. I need it to be unusable in Europe as well. Thank you very much.
Hi,I currently have two lines with koodo, one for me and one for my wife. I only wanted to port out my number and keep my wife’s account active with the monthly discount. Can anyone confirm that if i port my number out, my wife’s number will still be active and so will the account? Thanks!
I am trying to install an Airalo e-sim on my iPhone 11 and when I try to add it, I am seeing the following message: “Your sim is not supported. The SIM in your old iPhone does not support eSIM transfer. Contact Koodo for assistance.”I need this to work urgently. My Carrier Lock settings says “No SIM restrictions” so I am very confused and frustrated. Any help would be much appreciated!
I am unable to make phone calls or use mobile data. My bills are paid up. I’ve restarted my phone several times.
Hello, I am not able to receive or make calls. When I attempt to do so, or someone else does, there is an automated voice telling me to dial *611. My account is active and I am not sure what to do. Does koodo have a number or an email whom I can contact?Thanks,Anupam
Rogers have had their service enabled since 2017 in this particular tunnel, but all Telus and their sub brands have no access and I'm not even sure who to ask if there's any plan in doing so. https://www.iphoneincanada.ca/2017/12/27/rogers-skytrain-wireless-evergreen/Everytime I passed through this tunnel (almost daily), my service died. Makes me want to jump ship once my plan agreement is over.
