Hello, 

I am not able to receive or make calls. When I attempt to do so, or someone else does, there is an automated voice telling me to dial *611. My account is active and I am not sure what to do.  Does koodo have a number or an email whom I can contact?

Did you just port over to Koodo? Was your service cut off and you just got it reconnected? If it is the former, have you restarted your phone? 


Does sending and receiving texts work?  How about your cellular data?
