I am unable to make phone calls or use mobile data. My bills are paid up. I’ve restarted my phone several times.
Are you getting some error message on your phone? What phone is it? Can you connect to Koodo’s network?
Just that there is no network connection.
I followed all the prompts on the digital assistant.
I can’t connect to mobile data and can’t send/receive phone calls text messages. Nothing appears in the outages map. I can’t use call back service as I have no alternate phone.
Could be a faulty SIM or connector - is it possible for you to try the SIM in another phone? Does it show any networks in the list?
I doubt that is the problem, as my son has the same issue with his phone. We are on the same plan with Koodo.
Could there be a network outage in your area? Koodo uses the Telus network.
