I have tried resetting my phone powering down powering backup I'm running a Samsung S10 my Internet works fine but can not make or receive any calls so yeah I'm wondering what the h*** is going on and I'm kind of p***** off that it takes so long to get ahold of customer support to fix this because I need to get old people and people need to get hold of me right now I'm not just thinking about changing companies because of this I've been with koodo for 15 years

Did it work before with the same phone in the past?
As well, how was your signal in the area? Did you have any signal at all? Have you checked your self-serve to see if your account was active and everything was paid?
When you say internet is working, are you connected to wifi or just using cellular data to access the internet? Are you able to send and receive texts?
