If you didn’t do it yet, you should consider reporting your phone as lost or stolen https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone

If you had your data backed up to a cloud, you should be able to retrieve it on the new phone.

You can keep the same number if you buy a new phone and a sim card, you simply need to  perform a sim swap (https://koo.do/InfoSIM ) once you get the new sim card.

Depending on the phone, you should look into if you can locate your phone. You can google find my iPhone and the website will be the first return. Google has find my device. You might still be able to return it's location or last known location if it's off if it's setup.
