I lost my phone in Europe and need to make sure it is unusable. I suspended my phone number using Koodo Assist but read there that it made my phone unusable in North America. I need it to be unusable in Europe as well. Thank you very much.

+4Unfortunately the blacklist is only for North America, there’s no way to blacklist it outside of North America.
Suspending it will suspend the sim card so no one can use your Koodo services at least.
If it’s an iphone you can enable lost mode through https://www.icloud.com/find/
If it’s an android you can enable lost mode through https://www.android.com/find
Those will help lock the phone down more or potentially erase it so you’re info isn’t on it.
If you suspended your line, then no one can use your sim. They may be able to use your device, but your account is save from erroneous roaming charges.
Blacklisting of the device would only apply to north America, so if someone did want to resell the device to use, it would work in Europe.
