My grandmother recently passed and we had setup the Koodo account in her name. How do I go about getting the account ownership changed to myself or her husband (my grandfather)? We want to keep the account active as my grandfather uses the cellphone.

Re the ownership transfer, was it a prepaid or postpaid number?
If it is a Postpaid service,you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep about the process.
If it was a prepaid number, you might not need to do anything special.if you had access to her account,you can just change the email address to yours.
