I recently upgraded my phone to a Galaxy A54 5g. I used to use phone over wifi all the time, because cell coverage in our area is terrible, and I’m working from home. However, this phone doesn’t have the option of phone over wifi! I’m wondering if it might be available in the near future or if I need to change my phone...AGAIN.
I am thinking no it's not let me know if its a correct assumption
So the back of my phone shattered. Dog knocked it out of my hand onto the sidewalk(after destroying my otterbox earlier today). When going through Asurion for device care, they want to charge $250 for a replacement. I’m cool with that. However. I’ve already paid off my device. If I get this replacement through them, will it put me back on a tab for paying off the replacement?
Hey I saw that one of the benefits at my workplace is a koodo employee purchase plan, it says the discount is only on in market plans does this also include promotional plans on the website currently? If not which plans and what about the starter plans thank you in advance
I tried to get a human after a hours of loging in to every section Koodo could think up. I did finally get a callback, BUT, the agent said “Please may I have...” and went silent.I went through all the hoops again THREE times hour after hour and still no one calls back. Maybe Koodo needs to get a good mobile carrier.Adding insult to injury, the Artificial I(no where near intelligent, not even close) that insist I have to log in to log in, using my landline locally, and calling my digital phone (DP) is long distance. Calling my wife on her Koodo account is long distance. WTH, she is sitting right bedside me and the phone never goes anywhere anyway.QUESTIONSWhy does Koodo keep suggesting I talk to a human, and I book the appointment, and I Koodo fail to call back 3 out of 4 times. Are we as victims allowed only one call-back and that’s it? Just one agent that can’t stay connected and after that, it’s pound sand? QUESTION: Is there a quick way of reaching a human by xcalling them and not
I have an older Samsung phone locked to Koodo with a Koodo SIM card. I cancelled my account over three years agoQ1 - Can I reactivate my existing SIM or do I have to buy a new one?Q2 - Can I get Koodo to unlock my phone so that it’s not married to KoodoThanks
THe verification code for the new SIM card is not sending. Repeatedly tried sending another code to my email and still not working. Any suggestions?
Om Thursday, June 29 @ 6:45 AST, I received a phone call from a Koodo agent. He was offering me a deal as a long time customer of Koodo. I was offered 75 GB, 45 GB, 25 GB, and 25 GB for the four lines on my account. In addition, I was offered a free camera (inside or outside) and free international texting on all four lines. This offer came with an additional cost of about $20 per month (taxes in). I agreed to the upgrade and that’s where the trouble began. All of a sudden a lot of information was needed. My full name, birthdate, and the last 4 digits of my driver’s license. I did not suspect a thing because they would have to verify it was me and needed an address to send the camera. I was put on hold for quite awhile and then the rep came back and asked for my full license number. THEN, he asked for my social insurance number and when I said ,”absolutely not”, he said that I could instead give him my health card number or my passport number!!! WHAT??!! The last time
I currently have a phone plan with Koodo under someone else as the payer. They are cancelling their phone plan and all of us under. My phone has been paid off and I want to keep my phone number and be moved to my own plan, is this something that can be done? and how do I go about this?
I received a suspicious email telling me my password does not meet our security standards and now I am locked out of my account. I need to speak to someone live however I am not available for a future callback. I need to speak to someone immediately.
I purchased a RFB iPhone and just finished setting it up. there’s this thing that keeps popping up in my settings saying “Important display message” and when I click on it, it says “unknown part” I’ve attached a picture of it
I need to switch providers for the main line on my Koodo account because I don't get service at my trailer and I am on call for work. I have 3 lines total on my Koodo account but I only want to port mine and keep my account open with the other 2 numbers staying the same. I am worried if I ask Rogers to Port my number my entire account will be closed and I will lose the other 2 numbers. Can someone explain how this will work?

I live in Toronto. Whereever I call I get a message 6Ut1 number not in service. LTE works. Tried to reset my phone and the SIM card. It does not work. Looks like Koodo network issue. Would be nice to have a heads up if you know you have issues. Cannot do my work.
I recently transfered from Rogers and brought my number and phone with me. I did the phone number transfer and my Koodo account reflects the correct number. My phone is stuck using the number given when the Koodo account was created and is not using the number that was ported to my account.
I’d like to transfer my number from Bell to Koodo. But my service plan with Bell has expired and I currently cannot receive SMS. In this situation, how would I transfer my number from Bell if I would never receive the confirmation SMS from Bell?Very much appreciate any help!
I’ll try to register online my sim, but in the web page ask for: Which City do you live?I choosed Ontario, but it doesn’t show Markham City or Stouffville (Whitchurch-Stouffville) City.
I fail to understand why in a world riddled with spam and fraudulent calls, a call would come through on my phone from a Koodo representative. This call I believe was legitimate, however because of my lack of trust in talking business over the phone (unless arranged), I ended the call.
Why does my data keep cutting out. In a major town in Ontario Canada Time to switch to another carrier
I scheduled a callback for today. The agent called me and we were in the middle of a conversation when for some reason the call was dropped. The agent never called back after that. What is the deal????
I set up my account and transferred my number to Koodo 5 days ago. While transferring my number, I had a temporary number from Koodo for about a day. It took 2 attempts to transfer the number. However since then, some of my contacts see the number I transferred over and others still see the temporary Koodo number. What is going on? Thank you.
My wife and I are Koodo customers. I want to merge our accounts and keep our numbers the same but not sure where to start.
Well my phone I bought was black listed then that was fixed then my SIM card from bell was locked and it might be unlock now who knows hoping but I been trying to get this phone hooked up for the last 4 days and it might just be the esim that’s not working
I live in Beamsville ON and our cell service it terrible. I’ve been trying to get a hold of a live person but I’m always directed to schedule a call back. Unfortunately the service in my area is so bad that all my calls just go to voicemail. How do I talk to a live person if I can’t get a call back?
I had scheduled two call backs tonight, no one called for the first one, and the second one just kept ringing. What is even the point of a call back?
