Why do my voicemails get transferred to MESSAGES.

Did you subcribe to instant voicemail https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/instant-voicemail if you did, that might be the reason
Thanks. I found instant voicemail within Premium voicemail (25 voicemails per month) whic itself was not in Manage add-one but in Perks. I’ll see if it works. Koodo is cheap and you get the service you don’t pay for.
The website self serve is a jungle.
