I had scheduled two call backs tonight, no one called for the first one, and the second one just kept ringing. What is even the point of a call back?

The same thing just happened to me. I am trying to cancel my phone plan and have been trying for days to get a callback. It rang for 4 minutes before I gave up and hung up.


So, any call back scheduled after 6:00 throws an error into the system, and that’s why we aren’t getting connected, as per the service agent I spoke with.


Okay, thank you! So what do I do?
