Jesus christ, i waited a full day for a call back and the agent transferred me to a different department.

During the transfer, it asked me to press 1 to speak to an agent. I pressed 1  and “sorry I didn’t get that, try again”

Pressed 1 again “Sorry, I didn’t get that, try again”

 

And then my call got dropped. Now i have to wait 2 DAYS for the next call back. 

What was the issue that you needs assistance with? You can ask here, someone might know the answer 

2 day wait seems to be extreme. I recommend you try again tomorrow morning.
