HiI was a Koodo customer until last fall and just realized now that I need my past bills from that year for my invoices. Is there anyway to retrieve that information or bill statements since I'm no longer a koodo customer? and will it provide me a breakdown of how much I spent on data pro rate per use?

I'm sick & tired of getting a message saying my bill is $42.92 but by the time I pay it it's gone up 2 $54😡🤯 I'm on a TIGHT budget and this ISN'T helping 

I am currently a Koodo customer with a monthly plan and I’m wondering if it’s possible to keep my phone number but switch to a Koodo prepaid plan. I’ve seen the help articles about bring phone numbers from other carriers, but I’m unclear on whether I can bring a phone number from one type of Koodo plan (monthly) to another (prepaid). Thanks!

Back in December I was out of data so I agreed to buy another 1G. A few days later I got a text offering me 25G for a better price, so I agreed and cancelled the 1G.  Then Koodo sent an offer 50G a month for $3 more then my current plan. So I cancelled my previous purchases and upgrade my accounts to the 50G. When I received my bill for the month, it was $30 more than usual. How do I speak with someone about these charges? thank you,Emma     

I saw this topic on a closed topic.Wondering why they added the LD 1000 min without my authorisation we don’t have anyone or know in other countries and never call abroad.Been a koodo post paid customer for 10 years they could have notified me but they didn’t. Anyhow I cancelled the stupid extra charge. I noticed as my bill changed.  

Why did my PLAN go up 5$ without being notified or anything?

Why is March's bill already up when I just paid  February's? 

I was trying to pay my bill using credit card, it always shows it didnt go through , either start it over or use different method. ive tried couple times, its still not working.

I have an “application charge” on my most recent bill but didn’t use any other application. I also can’t find the name of the application in order to cancel or dispute it. How do I dispute this? 

After a promotional phone call on Friday,  my account now has two phone numbers.   Could someone explain why?   I’m awaiting a new Tablet as part of a promotion .  Would that have anything to do with the 2nd number?   Just guessing.  I’m really confused right now.  

Hello,I used Easy Roam for the first 2 days of a trip to Europe and was charged  $15 for Easy Roam for each day (2 x $15)  and also  charged for ER/VC  ROAM/VOY in ‘Airtime details’  also exactly 2 x $15 on the 2 days I used Easy Roam.2x15 Easy Roam2x15 ER/VC ROAM/VOY for the same 24 hour periodsI have just chatted with the Bot on Koodo Assist who says  that with Easy Roam a user will not incur pay-per use charges. How do I get a refund for being charged twice?  I have now got an eSIM set up, removed Easy Roman and should not have any further issues. In addition 1 single text I sent at 16:06 CET time today (has been charged as 5 separate texts resulting in a total charge of $3.00 instead of 60 cents. How do I get these charges removed from my bill? I am abroad I cannot schedule a callbac

I paid 50 dollars/month for many years, and didn’t change my plan to more expensive one, yet this February I received a 5$ increase not including tax. What is it? Can someone please explain.What does expires mean? I didn’t have any tab plans or other time-limited contracts.In addition to that, my plan now doesn’t show any relevant info in dropdown:I compared Jan and Feb bill and they differ only in 50/55 number, that’s it.How to revert it back?Thanks.   

I currently have a Koodo plan but would like to change to a new plan.I would like to confirm that my number won’t change if I do this.

My tab balance is -0.45, I want to upgrade my phone. I go to pay off balance and they want me to pay 36 which is my tab payment. I am wondering what happens to the left over money. Does it go towards my remaining balance of my upgrade? thanks 

when I logged in to the website, it keep telling me to link an account but when I hit it, it open a new tab with Koodo digital rep and it not make any help for me at all. If anyone know why, please help me out with this. Thanks

Good DayHaving some network issues.  Either something has changed on Koodo’s network, or its the change in my plan.I’ve been tethering my laptop for years with  my koodo cell plan.  Firing up quick L2TP VPN tunnel to access a machine via RDP in emergencies when I don’t have access to wifi/lan internet.Up until a few months ago, had 8 gig of data, with 1 to 4G of monthly usage…. Usage not more, unless my home internet went down over night while listing to podcasts while sleeping (I cap my cellular data to 1G above current usage to stop excessive “uncontrolled cellular data blow over” during local network internet outages).After a Kodoo +$3 dollar/month extra 25 G of data kicked in, I’ve started to noticed some network issues with browsing on my cell phone, and massive network issues with tethering.Issues: 30-100% ping loss from a android terminal session and windows CMD prompt Unable to connect to VPN most time

My last month bill was 65 dollars instead of 45. please change 

If I have two other people on my Koodo account, and I, the account owner adds the stream+ to my account, can the other two people also use the stream+?

Did anyone else receive an email from Koodo notifying you that the Stream+ will now cost 28$ instead of 25$? 

I had set up a payment arrangement in January. The first payment was due February 3rd 2023. I received an email “payment reminder” on February 3rd 2023 that included a click to pay link. Here is the email I received! I clicked on the botton and made the payment! Here is a screenshot of the payment made! I have called and was told I was a liar and no payment was received. After getting upset, I was told it would be looked into. It has been over a week….. and the issue is still not resolved. If this isn’t fixed today… I’m cancelling all accounts in our household (5 lines) and going elsewhere. Terrible customer service!!!!!

A few times a month I receive spam text messages from (myphonenumber)@msg.koodomobile.comand conservacaoerestauro@unisa.brThe text says that I have a refund from Koodo.Can these please be blocked?  I find it concerning that they are using koodomobile.com - I never had these issues with Telus.  

If I am travelling abroad and have turned off roaming, can I still text for free if I am on the hotel wifi?Sorry for being so clueless !

I have paid off my bill a couple of weeks ago and since then it has said my amount due is paid. My bill cycle ends on February 25th it says. I have a message in my billing saying “Balance Forward: $0.00 ” and it says this: Previous month's balance$0.00Late payment charges will continue to apply if payment is not received before Feb 21, 2023.im very confused on what this means can I just leave it or do I need to do anything about this and do I owe anything? It literally says my payments are all up to date.  I ordered a SIM card online but it took too long to come so my original billing date was going to end on the 21st but I ended up going to a Koodo booth and getting a SIM card and he moved the end of the billing cycle to the 25th and waived the other fees for my SIM card that he cancelled.  this will be the end of my first billing cycle and I have paid off everything to my knowledge as is says I have no payments due as I’ve paid off eve

Hello!This month (february 2023) bill I was charged double. I went and review my bill and noticed that two plans are being charged. I changed my plan a few days ago, and currently both plans (old and new) are being charged on my account. I understand the mistake, but I would love this to get fixed and only be charged for the actual plan I am currently using.Hoping this will get fixed soon! Thanks!

It seems alot of people are having issues with the add on of Stream+. Not sure I want to add the hassle, but I have another question... what of you wanted to add Stream+ but dont want apple TV? Do you have to take it as part of the bundle? I hate apple and apple os and products. Would not be worth taking a service ( whether or not it is available , as so many users are having issues with it anyway) when I don't want that part. Will you be fixing this Stream+ service unavailable issues soon? And by then, will you also offer the bundle without having to have appletv as well?
