My last month bill was 65 dollars instead of 45. please change 

Can you please post a screenshot of page 3 or 4 of your detailed pdf ebill from self serve that shows your plan and missing credit. Make sure to black out Any personal info 


My bill is wrong. How do l get it corrected?

Yes, it's a setting in self serve.

Not sure what you mean. You can go to self serve and opt in for text messages when your bill is ready. If you want to make payment arrangements, you will need to call Koodo at #227. If you mean something else, please start a new thread of your own… this one is over a month old now and has a different topic.
