Changing plan don’t effect your phone number.

Unfortunately, it appears that the new plan is for new activations only. Not sure why it was offered to me in the first place.

Not entirely sure how this helps. As I noted, I had a specific plan offered to me in mind.
It’s academic anyway as the plan offered no longer exists (or the system realised I don’t qualify… either way annoying.)

It doesn’t seem to be offered to my account any more, so not an issue any more.
Still annoying as it would have been a good upgrade if I qualified.
Especially since Fido has an even better offer for the same price.
