Can anybody tell me how to pay if I do not have a Canadian bank acount, Canadian card or Canadian chequingsacount?

I keep getting charged for Easy Roam for calls I haven’t made. I have cell data off and am connected to the internet.  I haven’t used my Canadian cell to make any phone calls, yet I have two Easy Roam charges.  They tell me they are valid charges, but can’t tell me what number was supposedly called. Has anyone else had this happen? What are my options?

A couple of weeks ago we found out someone managed to use my Koodo phone number to run up bills in countries all over the world- over $295 worth of calls. I contacted Koodo and the first rep told me it was not possible and he has never seen this happen- the calls must have come from my phone- to Ethiopia and Morocco and the Caribbean and god knows where.  Finally I got it through his thick skull that this is really happening and spoke to a supervisor who said she has seen this many times before and would remove the charge.A week later the charge is still on my account- so I call again and after more time wasting I’m told the charge will be removed by Tuesay (today). Surprise, the charge is still here.Is this a real phone company?  It seems like I get transferred from one call center to another- and there is no one really ‘in charge’. In two days, my credit card will be charged.  What do I do? 

Does anyone know how I would change my shipping address, as an existing Koodo customer?I am trying to purchase a new phone and plan today. I have selected the phone and the plan and added both to my cart. When I try to check out, I am shown an old address, asking to confirm this address as my current shipping address. I click on “Update Address” and I am brought to my profile, where there is no option to input or update a shipping address.  From my profile, I am only able to input or update a billing address. I have updated the billing address, but I am still being asked to ship it to the old shipping address on file.  I do not have the ability to input a shipping address anywhere.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Trying to activate a second line for my wife. Entering data to transfer her number from BellMTS , but it keeps saying my account number is invalid. The firm asks for account number OR IMEI number, but still it hangs up wanting a correct account number. I told Koodo when I ordered the second line it was for another person (who is not on MTS bill anywhere). Am I missing something?

I am in another country and want to cancel my account. Koodo won’t do a callback to another number that is international. I do not use social media, so I cannot cancel that way, either. How can I cancel my account and stopped being charged by koodo? This is criminal activity koodo.

I don’t have another phone to use and I just replaced my SIM card and have been locked out asking for Puk code someone please private mmessage me

Can the Stream+ add on be used on Samsung tv, or does it need to be used with device registered to mobile phone on Koodo network? 

I have a Koodo account that brought while I ware in canada. Now I am outside canada and want to back canada soon. Meanwhile, bills are generating, I want to stop receiving bills till comeback to canada. Pls help me. Regards

My bill for last month was $45.98. This month is $77.why so?

I am expecting a call from the US is this included in my basic plan?

I do not thave international LD. I used Whatsapp to make international calls to Aruba thinking the Whatsapp app uses my home wifi to make the call. The calls are showing up on my Koodo usage as phone calls at 2.75 per minute. Why?

How do I get a mail box number to retrieve my voicemail?

Hi Koodo gurus,Yesterday I bought an iPhone 13 mini to replace my good ol’ iPhone 6. The guy at the Apple Store told me all I have to do is put the two phones close to each other with bluetooth and wifi ON,  and all the data, apps, settings, etc would transfer via iCloud.But do I first have to take the SIM card out of the iPhone 6 and put it into the iPhone 13 mini?thank you!Gwenda 

Trying to cut down on cell phone usage and thought it would be easier if I had a landline (Koodo wireless I guess is the option?) I don't want the hassle of having to give out a new phone number to everyone so wondering if I can use my current cell number so it rings through on both devices (current cell and new wireless phone) if someone calls? 

When I am in a poor reception area, and someone tries to call me, they don’t hear any ringing on their end and eventually they get a message saying the call can not be competed as dialed. No opportunity to leave voicemail even. Tried switching sim to a loaner phone, and still the same issue, so assuming it’s not an issue with the phone itself. However, if I turn the phone off, they can leave a voicemail. This just started happening a while ago. Could it be a faulty sim card?

I just upgraded from my Samsung and thought I would try an iPhone. I’ve had it for a few days and I just hate it so much. I’m struggling really bad to get used to it and just overall unhappy. is there anything I can do or is it too late now

Anyone know when this is coming? Android 13 came out in October for this phone, wondering why it's taking so long 

When I try calling my voicemail it says call failed  or error performing this request Unknown error. It has been this way since June or July. I am frustrated because I have tried using self help chat and I scheduled a call back and no one can seem to help me. I am about to switch providers! Please help.

Does anyone know what a $14.99 charge for ccsport.biz is for? My detailed bill does not explain the charge
