Unfortunately, a bleeding LCD display falls under the category of physical damage which is not covered under warranty. You may want to visit a Mobile Klinik location nearest you to see if they can repair the screen. Most repairs are fast often done within 1 to 2 hours. You can also visit a Koodo store and drop the phone off for repair. They may have a loaner phone available while your phone is in for repair.
