Anyone else unhappy with Koodo’s data plan for traveling in the US?  My wife and I were there for just over 2 weeks - cost was > $300.   This will be the reason I leave Koodo.

It can get pricey for sure. Do keep in mind that a lot of the carriers offer similar packages to what Koodo has.

In general, for long trips it’s usually best to get a prepaid sim in the country you are visiting, regardless of what carrier you’re with.

@nerfherder The robellus gang all charge the same. No matter which company you are with the cost would the been the same.

Quick and easy prepaid plans in the US are available from Tello and Mint.
