extra charges - roaming charge ?

Hi

I have an extra charge on my monthly bill of $24, I think I have incorrectly been charged for roaming in the US, however I have not left the country, I was on vacation on Vancouver Island.

How do I get this removed ?

This could be an issue with accidental roaming when US cellular tower signal was stronger than Koodo. To avoid this in the future, please disable automatic network selection in your phone, switch to manual and select Koodo.

I will flag a rep here to look into the detail also.

@extra charges on bill ! We have taken a look into your account, you weren't charged for Roaming, you were charged for a long-distance call to Houston TX. Please download your PDF Bill for more details.
