Received an email about this but have not changed services and can not figure out why I received this email’

@kjb104 From what I can tell the last email that was sent relating to that was for additional data purchase on line ending 22.  The email would have described the details. Does this help?

It does but I thought because I am the owner of the accounts (ending in 22 is my kids phone) it would have to be approved by me and they can’t just add on whenever they want. Also is it one time or can I get it removed

@kjb104 You can change the authorization for each line in Self Serve.  Just find the My Profile tab then look for Data Settings:

There is no age/DoB associated with each line so we don’t know details about the users. That said purchase was for a one time data top up.
