Can I upgrade to ad free discovery +? And do I can my subscription with Netflix? How do I link my account?

You cannot upgrade any of the packages included in stream+.
As for linking your account, you should receive an email after signing up or when logged into your self serve account will see 3 buttons that say “activate” beside each one of Netflix, Apple TV and Discovery+ and then you can follow the prompts to set each up.
