Hello. I couldn't pay my cell phone bill for two months from September to October. I'm so sorry. I mistook the date. I thought it would be charged on the 22nd of every month. But compared to what I couldn't pay, the fee was too high. I'm sorry, but is there any way to deduct the fee? Also, I couldn't get a refund of $25 in May fee from Kudo.

Koodo doesn’t really waive bills when people can’t afford it - that is why they offer various plans to suit all budgets. You can however call #227 and discuss a payment plan. I’m afraid they won’t contact you through email, but don’t worry about your English - they are used to speaking with people from all over the globe :)
