I canceled my account but i was charged.

My account hasn’t been cancelled? 

my number was 6474681137. 

I spoke to you on the phone to cancel and gave you the pin number, but why didn't it get canceled?  I don't have a Kudo SIM anymore, so I can't answer calls from this number. I want my account to be terminated.

Login to your self serve and check your pdf ebill


Are you sure you didn't just get your final bill? You have access to selfserve for 90 days after cancelling to access the final bill and pay it. Are you getting charged past your cancellation date?


Can you please confirm the bill I received on the 24th is indeed my final bill? Please let me know what is owed if any and also provide me with a cancellation reference number.

What day did you cancel? You would look in page 3 to see that the final billing date is the same date you cancelled your service.


I received  Koodo callback on September 23rd and canceled my account that day. 

Where can i see page 3? 

 


@Goran I don't think I have to pay for it, I have to get it back.

There is a negative sign for the amount. It looks like you have a credit on file
