Bonjour j'aimerais s'avoir pourquoi c'est écrit 32 go sur l'annonce du téléphone que j'ai acheté,alors que le système du téléphone de base prend 13 go ??? Les informations sont mensongères En général quand ont écrit 32 go le téléphone doit avoir 32 go 

Ported over my number yesterday from rogers . New phone with Koodo . Since then, no calls or messages can be received but I can make calls. Can someone help???? Not receiving any calls at all and freaking out normally it takes a couple hours only  restarted a few times too. 

Is there any way to retrieve and download deleted text messages?

When one of my contacts calls my iPhone via Facetime audio or video my phone with a Koodo SIM will automatically answer without me accepting the call. This behaviour only started when I switched my SIM to Koodo.Both Facetime and Messages switch GUI controls are ghosted so it seems like these two settings are locked as I cannot tap for additional details. This behaviour only started when I switched my SIM to Koodo.How should I disable auto answer Facetime calls when my iOS settings are locked?

Just upgraded my iPhone and changed carriers but kept my phone number. Now I can’t receive iMessages unless I text them first. Any idea why?

I just bought this phone today, and was going to log in to facebook.  I couldn’t remember the password so when i went to get it the phone went off.  When I got back to it I had to put my password in and should have written it down.  Do I have to go back to where i bought it?

I just joined Koodo and when I tried sending a message in my previous group chat it said “Your SIM does not support multimedia messages”. Is this a koodo thing? If so I’m leaving immediately. 

Hello. I own a Google Pixel 3A that I purchased second hand. I purchased it with the intent of loading a different operating system on it. This process has a step that requires a setting called “OEM Unlocking” in the phone to be turned on. You can find it in the developer options.Just to be clear, this is a setting within the operating system, and NOT SIM / Carrier unlocking. I am able to use any SIM card on the phone, there is no issue with this.Unfortunately, the setting called “OEM Unlocking” is not only turned off, but greyed out. I am not able to toggle it on. There is a  piece of text under it that says: “Connect to the Internet or contact your operator”. Connecting to the internet does not fix the problem.Therefore, I am led to believe that the reason it is disabled is due to Koodo. The person I purchased the phone from says that their carrier was Koodo. I’m not sure what happened or why- but it seems to be the only source I can think of. Again, just to be clear- this is not a S

I got a call from a koodo rep last night offering me a ZTE Z Pad with 4GB data for $26 (i’m not sure if this is a good deal but it sounds appealing), but i don’t really need a tablet per se unless, honestly, it can play genshin impact. does anyone know if this one can play that game?

Hi there! so I just recently switched to Koodo so this is my first month with them, not entering second month. My data was supposed to reset on November 6th at 1159pm but it is November 8th now and I dont think it has reset? Ive never had data before so im alittle confused. When I go into settings and > cellular then I see my “current period” says 3.7gb (I have 4gb a month) so will this automatically reset back to 0 once the new phone cycle begins? do I need to manually reset this everyone month by pressing “reset statistics” at the very bottom? Or how do I keep track of the amount of data im using each month?  thank you 

I’ve been locked out of Facebook since Wednesday. I have not been receiving the security codes via text at all. I am wondering if Koodo blocks those kind of texts or could it just be on Facebook’s end? 

It takes much longer to type a short message as the spell checker seems to be second guessing what I am about to text. So have to constantly go back and edit out all the words it changed and inserted.Only option seems to be to turn off the spell check.Can I install a different spell check or use different version of Android,?The side swiping and angle swiping also very annoying and creates problems. If you side swipe to go back while in email it just archives the message next to where you swipe. Can I just get some arrow keys at the bottom of the screen.Seems a lot of half baked attempts to just make it feel different have not been thourougly beta tested with users and bugs worked out.Takes much longer to do things this phone.Probably sending it back.Samsung phone is so much more user friendly.FAILED me. Only good thing is the camera. 

My new Pixel 6 came without a charger. So I am using the fast charger from my Samsung A70.The Pixel 6 says 32 minutes left at 98% charged. The A70 would do that in less than 5 minutes on the same charger.I also noticed I was down to 75% after one phone call.This phone is supposed to have a great battery. 

After the android 12 update my battery is draining fast even with battery saver and adaptive battery onAny fixes? Thanks   

Hi! My samsung galaxy is quite new but i’m already having problems charging it.I need to change the position of the cable to charge it properly.. if i don’t flip it around to the side it likes it.. doesn’t charge.Did someone experience something like this?

I recently had to replace the SIM card for my Koodo phone (Xiaomi Mi 8), and now discord voice doesn’t work :(I noticed the issue right away, and tried changing the SIM again, but I still can’t use discord on data. wi-fi is fine, and everything else works (except my Mi Account  won’t reactivate, which is fine). Anyone else experiencing this? any way to fix it?

For the last several months my husband and I have had nothing but problems with our S20, dropped calls, can't call out, not receiving calls and not in our phone history, extreme static on calls, texts showing up hrs or days later.  He is a truck driver and must have reliable service, I'm a stay at home wife with serious health issues and definitely need reliable service.  I live in Selkirk ON and most people out here are having the exact same problems.
