Samsung A52 not charghing properly


Hi! My samsung galaxy is quite new but i’m already having problems charging it.
I need to change the position of the cable to charge it properly.. if i don’t flip it around to the side it likes it.. doesn’t charge.

Did someone experience something like this?

From your description, it seems to be the issue with the cable or the port. Have you got another usbC cable to test? 
also make sure the port at the bottom of the phone is cleaned and clear of all tiny dirt and debris.

Cool thanks! and no.. i don’t have another cable.. it’s really new this phone so for that reason I’m worried about it.

Bring it in-store so they can try another cable on it

If your purchase is within 15 days (30 days if bought online) you can return the phone, if after those times warranty is the only option

I am having same problem. My phone is less than a month old.  I have tried 4 different cables. Still does the same.

If under 30 days, and if you bought from the webstore return it before the return period is over.
