Hey all, For those having issues getting in touch with Koodo customer service, I just resolved my #ServiceIssue over the phone with them and wanted to share my experience and lessons learned.What happened: No service (data or calls) after porting in from Telus to Koodo via eSim on Mon, Nov 28.Resolution/TLDR: Koodo customer service rep activated eSim on her end successfully.
