I am trying to transfer my number from Public Mobile.  I keep getting an account number error message, even though the number is correct.  Tried using the IMEI and that does not work either. 

I have tried to schedule a callback, but no luck as no agents available.  

 

 

EDIT:  did get it to work without putting the dashes in the account number
