Hello Koodo community, I am looking for the Samsung A52 5G because of the great camera but still reasonable price.I can’t find it under ‘shop’ koodo. Would it be called something else? Or which samsung should i go for if I dont need 5 cameras but do want 1 great quality camera! 

Hello. Could anyone tell me what the offical receipt is of an online phone order. Is it the order confirmation email or the attached pdf service agreement? Koodo wants this submitted with a return.

I like to know what is the balance and time period on my contract   

I ordered an iPhone XS Max online and received it today. Problem is I was sent and iPhone XS. I scheduled a callback and when I pressed 1 it rang and rang and then hung up. Is there another way to fix this issue?

Cannot track my koodo order of new phone.  UPS tracking site refered to in my koodo order confirmation email says wrong tracking number from Koodo.   Tried getting help in the koodo chat but the AI does not understand and keeps looping.  Tried to have a rep call me by scheduling a call but no koodo rep called me.  I wish I could just talk to a human koodo rep to resolve this.  Anyone know a koodo email tech support address I can use to communicate with an actual person or a direct phone number I can call to get quick help with this?

Hi there,I am looking to be a new customer at Koodo. I am trying to purchase a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro with a plan as I am a new customer. I have been trying to go through the process to place my order, but everytime I put in all my info and hit “Place Order”, it always gives me the “Whoops!” error message saying my Credit Card isn’t valid. It is an RBC Visa Platinum card, that works. All my information is right, including matching the billing address with my credit card mailing address. I have tried on both Chrome and Safari, yet I keep getting the same “Whoops!” error message. Please help!

Does Koodo provide service for Light Phone 2?

I purchased a pre owned phone on Black Friday and changed my mind as I’m switching to Telus and I need to return it, it is unopened in the box. My 30 days are almost up and I cannot get ahold of Koodo. Anyone have an address to return this junk to? 

Is internet required for Koodos home phone? or, does the hub provide the signal needed? if so, can one use any portable phone with that hub? 

I want to transfer one phone number from a account with multiple different phone numbers with another company to Koodo. How do I transfer just the one phone number without transferring the others?

I was looking about upgrading to a refurbished phone, do these phones come with the charging cables as well?Thanks ! 

I have a new phone. I am selling my old phone (reset). I put my older SIM card in my new phone. Can I sell my old phone with the new SIM card I received with my new phone?Will the buyer access things on my account information if I do this?

Hi there, I placed an order online on Jan 3/2022 for a phone and plan, but received an email saying the order was cancelled as something couldn’t be validated. I was not contacted for any additional information aside from the email indicating the order was cancelled. I requested a callback, but the representative hung up on me once I got through. Hi, I just bought a new phone and plan (online) for my partner as a new added line. I originally thought this meant she would be given a phone number completely different to mine, but I’m now wondering if I was wrong? I selected “give me a new number” when purchasing the phone.. does this mean my existing phone number will change, or is it just that she will be getting her own? 

Hi,I made a credit card and it is on process now, so I don't know CVV and expiry date yet(only can check card number on my banking app). I really want to buy a phone and phone plan promotion before Jan 4th (promo end). Is there any way to do this?I talked with an agent from my bank, but they didn’t allow me to have those info over the phone, because it is dangerous.

I purchased the S20 FE 5G on Wednesday after recently seeing the price drop from $25/20 w/ tab plus to $15. As many carriers have had their BF deals on for awhile now, I (wrongfully) assumed this is the lowest it would go. I look today and see that the phone is now priced at $10 w/ tab plus. Is Koodo capable of changing me to the new price over the phone or do they not do that?Alternatively, if I returned the phone and bought it at the new price would that work?At a difference of $120 I don’t mind returning and rebuyingThanks for any input

Hi all, I’ll admit I made a mistake and bought two pre-certified phones under my individual Koodo account instead of buying the second under my Fiance’s Koodo account (I did this back in 2019 with no extra fee and I thought this would be the same).This left me being charged with a few hundred in the tab bonus payout fee. My primary option that I currently have is to return the phone within the 30day period and repurchase it under my Fiance’s account. The problem with this is extra shipping costs, delays AND its no longer listed on the webstore.Because of this I decided to call Koodo but they essentially told me to shove it and pay the few extra hundred dollars and for next time to read the fine print because clearly I'm the idiot. (Despite my current option of voiding this all entirely by a return). Ultimately I want to keep this phone and void the fee I was charged. I know I bought it under the wrong Koodo account and I made the mistake but we want to correct this with them. Has anyon

I am considering switching from a prepaid plan to a monthly plan.  Will the data and minutes I have remaining on my prepaid plan carry over to the new plan or will I lose it all? Thanks!

I ordered a phone last week, it was approved right away, said that it would ship in 3-5 business days and that I would get a tracking numberI’m now at 6 ½ days with no communication, is this normal?How can I find out what’s going on?
