Existing Koodo Customer - Can't bring my own phone?

I’m an existing Koodo customer, and want to upgrade my phone. But I do not want to use the Tab feature, I want to purchase an unlocked phone elsewhere. But when I try to select the “bring your own phone” option, it says unavailable???

No, I’m trying to keep my existing plan, but switch to a different phone that I am purchasing from a 3rd party.

No, I’m trying to keep my existing plan, but switch to a different phone that I am purchasing from a 3rd party. 

Then all you have to do is buy that phone, insert your SIM card into the new phone, and turn the phone on. You don't have to do anything online
