I made a credit card and it is on process now, so I don't know CVV and expiry date yet(only can check card number on my banking app). I really want to buy a phone and phone plan promotion before Jan 4th (promo end). Is there any way to do this?
I talked with an agent from my bank, but they didn’t allow me to have those info over the phone, because it is dangerous.

If you are buying online, you need a credit card (with full information) AND you would need to pass their credit check to get a phone.
