Prepaid log-in that’s been working for 5+ years now not recognized in FIrefox. Claims email address is invalid.Seems to be a cookie problem since they “upgraded” prepaid self serve.Use a different browser till there’s a fix, or else you’ll be condemned to re-setting your password each time you log in. The “new” password works only once, then it’s back to “invalid email address”.
Just last month when I was out wandering around I looked up on my mobile phone the location of stores selling Koodo top up vouchers. Because the one place I went to didn’t know what I was talking about. Which was odd since they're on the “list” of places selling them.Anyway I found a map showing the nearest locations. So it directed me to this little mobile phone repair shop that sold top-up vouchers. It was convenient because it saved me a lot of time and trouble as I wouldn’t have known they sold them and I would have had to take a bus instead of walk a short distance. Now I thought I would try again- see what is closest since I am out. Nothing. No map. Nowhere on the site and nowhere on the internet. It suddenly doesn’t exist. Then how was I directed to that repair shop? It certainly isn’t in the “list” of store chains that from my experience often do not sell Koodo Prepaid vouchers despite them being on Koodo’s “list.” (Some Pharmaprix and Brunet locations don’t sell them.)That repai
Has anyone noticed the charge on your credit card is higher than your top up purchase.?I just topped up $70 plus the GST for total of $79.10. The online transaction shows charge of $79.10. Checking my credit card, the transaction is $80.48. I looked back at other previous transactions and found the same thing. I believe the Quebec tax would works out to $80.48, but I live in Ontario.
why i can’t activate my sim card? Pls help
Trying to help my grandmother who has a Koodo pre-paid account. She is using the correct email (the one she signed up with) and the same password that has always worked before, and is unable to log-in. The error message says, “Email or password is incorrect. Please try again, or reset password.” We have tried to reset the password multiple times, selecting both the email or phone number option with no success. No code that allows the password to be reset is ever sent. She has never has a different email address or a different cell phone number. Any assistance would be appreciated. Tried everything I can think of so far.
Hello,In June I signed up for a prepaid account at a Koodo store in St Catharines ON The worker forgot to charge me the 20$ fee for the sim and texted my number, I didn’t respond as I had already left the province, and went from Alberta to Europe. I noticed today on my credit card that I have been getting charged 50$ every month since thenI did not sign up for anything longterm because I knew I was leaving the country in 2 weeks and haven’t been back since then. I tried to sign in with my email but it said it wasn't recognized but this isn't possible because it is the only email I have ever had. I think he was mad and changed my email in my account as well as my type of pre paid plan. I am struggling now to locate my number, and I have tried to find answers on Koodo but couldn't I have cancelled my credit card to avoid further charges. Now will I have to wait for my parents to send me my card and go a month without it. Is there anyway to find my account if my email isn't there, and I c
Attempting to activate a new prepaid account for a 360 day plan and transferring a number from an existing Rogers Prepaid / PayAsYouGo account, but I get this error and can’t proceedIs there anything I’m doing wrong? I’m using IMEI number on the transfer screen as opposed to the account number, is that the problem?
Hi there, I am a Koodo Pre-Paid customer and have been for years - I am trying to switch my plan to one on the 360 Day plans on my self serve account - however, whenever I click submit payment I get an error message stating something has gone wrong. I tried multiple credit cards all with the same error.I scheduled a call back from support and we got disconnected and no one has called me back. Can someone please help me with this. Thanks

How do I remove my debit card from my account?
How do you log out of the new Koodo site?
I am unable to add funds to my prepaid account it will not load. This has been happening since I logged in on the new Self Serve site all I get is circles as though it is loading but it never actually loads.
Somewhere along the line when signing into Pre-Paid, I started getting a notification saying “We’re just making sure it is you” and I have to enter a 6 digit code which is sent to me. This is fine and has been working until today.Today it is not accepting the codes Koodo is sending (says Invalid Security code). I tried the 1st code 2 times, then I had Koodo send another code and tried that one - no luck. It is possible with the first code I entered I could have made an error (don't think I did), but the next 2 times I triple checked to make sure they were correct.I have one try left - even though I have tried 3 times and it said I only have 3 attempts. Is anyone experiencing this?
Urgently need to get into my account but I keep getting a page that says - “Oops! This page is down or unavailable for maintenance. Click below to return to My Account page”is this something that happens same time each time? If so when should I expect it to go back online?I have tried a few different browsers and got the same result…. Thanks in advance !!!
There is an issue with US roaming for prepaid accounts if both AT&T and T Mobile have dismantled their 3G networks. Koodo should honour access via LTE. Otherwise, I am being denied the use of prepaid roaming credits until Koodo grants LTE access 2025(?)
Hello,Is it possible that my device got locked out by Koodo?I had an issue with a first prepaid SIM card with my phone. I bought a second prepaid SIM and it wont register to the network. I tried inserting that new SIM on a different phone and it worked. I’m sure they can block a SIM, but can they also block an IMEI?Does any one have an idea? Thanks!
I need some help with a unauthorized Swim swap that keeps happening to my prepaid koodo account. This is the 2nd time it’s happened in 3 days. The first time it happened the koodo rep said “I” changed via my self serve. I kept trying to tell him this is impossible because A. I have a unique password for my koodo self serve login. b. Even if someone had this password in order for the hacker to change the sim he would need to 1. Send a text message to confirm the swim swap (Never got one and checked my usage history to confirm that). 2. Or Send a email with a confirmation for the swim swap. I never received that email (Only the email after the swap that it happened). My email is also protected by google auth so there is no way anyone has access to my email (I also checked my secuirty logs to confirm this). Anyway I didn’t fight the koodo self serve rep who kept denying it wasn’t them. I changed all my passwords again just to be safe (even though it’s protected with 2fa and impossible to
T-Mobile network on both Pixel 5a phones did work flawlessly from NY to PA except for voicemail. However, from West SC to Florida I have nothing but US Roaming data.I can’t get to Prepaid Support by phone or SMS. Do I go to a T-Mobile store or ?
We have a $15/month pre-paid plan for my son. No data, but we purchase a data booster. Last week, we noticed text messages to 474663 and it looks like it ate up almost 100MB of data. That was on a day he didn’t even use the phone. No messages were sent, no Facetimes were made. They appeared again this morning while his phone was on the counter charging. Does anyone know what this might be? Any way to get that data back that he didn’t use?
I bought a SIM card in the store, started to activate it at home and encountered this problemSIM card number is not available to be activated
In May 2018 I purchased a KOODO pre-paid sim card at Best Buy, Kingston, Ontario.I mentioned I was going to use this for two weeks while in Canada. No pre-authorized payments were set up. After two weeks I dropped by at Best Buy and asked how to cancel this pre-paid sim.Answer: just don’t pay, that will stop it. Fast forward 2 ½ years. November 2021, living in Europe. Received a note from a Collection Agency that I owe KOODO something around $120.00 + $40.00 odd dollars in interest at 28% over this time. Please pay as soon as possible since my credit rating is going to be effected.Help lines or agents are not approachable since I obviously don’t have a North American telephone number. So they cannot return my call, nor can I contact KOODO anywhere to try to sort this out.Any suggestions or help would be welcomeThanks, Peter Overpelt
Is there a way to check how many minutes and data are left by SMS?
Hello,I am on a pre-paid plan with some data and I purchase data boosters on top of that. I sometimes get text notifications that I've used 50% or 90% of my base plan or booster data (but not every time), but I don't think I've ever received a notification that I've used 100% (at least not the last couple times). This means from my perspective, I will have cell service, but the internet will randomely stop working. Is there any way to check/enable the 100% usage notifications for pre-paid (especially for boosters)?
I had a prepaid account & recently got a postpaid account. On my prepaid account I had $35 , will I ever get that money back ?
